Graduate Trainee Program - Investments

The Graduate Trainee Program - Investments (GTP-I) is a 12 month program aimed at developing well-rounded professionals specializing in investments

Entry Requirement
a. Applicable to Malaysians
b. Graduating in 2013 in any descipline
c. Energetic high achievers
d. Natural leader & Team player
e. Driven to contribute towards nation-building

Program Structure
a. Training Sessions / Forums / Lectures
Trainees will be equipped with relevant tecnical skills (e.g. valuation, capital markets,and transaction structuring, company law and capital markets regulation), leadership skills (e.g. managing self, managing impactful presentations) and knowledge through their participation in formal classroom training sessions. In addition, trainess will have the oppotunity to participate in leading international and national events organized by Khazanah such as the Khazanah Megatrends Forum and the Khazanah Global Lectures.
b. Sector Attachments
Trainees will apply the acquired knowledge and skills in two 6-month sector attachments. These attachements will give them tangible opportunities and 0n-the-job training in the relevant projects / assignments
c. Performance Feedback / Coaching
In addition to the ongoing guidance received during their sector attachments, trainees will receive quartely performance feedback and coaching to enable them to have a strong understanding of their strengths and areas for improvement.

Successful trainees will become full time Associates at Khazanah's Investments Division. We will also support deserving trainees who are not absorbed in finding full time employement
